Do you manage single-family homes, condos and townhomes?

Can I switch to you if my home already has a tenant?
Yes. The lease stays in place, and management transfers under your current agreement's notice terms. See switching managers.

How do tenants pay rent and request maintenance?

Can you help me sell or buy a property?
